Members of AFSCME Local 1363 in Florida have been facing staffing shortages during the pandemic while their employer has relied on non-permanent workers to cover the gap. They fought back and won.

Congrats to the independent Amazon Labor Union, who won a HUGE victory in their vote to organize at an Amazon facility in Staten Island. Around 8K workers at the site are now UNION! Their win is the biggest union organizing labor effort in decades. @amazonlabor #ALU #ALUfortheWin
