As a friendly reminder, DC 37 is no longer located at 55 Water Street.
On Monday, May 20, our temporary service center will open at 420 W. 45th Street.
Members can walk in between 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday through Friday to be assisted– no appointment necessary.
The phone numbers remain unchanged, and you are encouraged to dial 212-815-1000 to reach our member service line during business hours.
Health & Security Plan Benefits: Starting Monday, May 20, Audiology services will permanently relocate to the DC 37 Health Center at 115 Chambers Street.
