Ratification Vote for the 2018-2024 Tentative Agreement

October 31, 2022 update

Votes will be counted at the offices of AAA at 10:00AM on Friday, November 4.

Voters with missing or damaged ballots should request replacements by calling AAA’s Duplicate Hotline 1-800-529-5218 Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. This number is to be utilized only for duplicate ballot requests.

With US Mail delivery time in mind, please note that you may drop your ballot off in person at the American Arbitration Association, 120 Broadway, NYC, Concourse level, Monday through Friday, 9:00AM – 5:00 PM. Your ballot will be counted as long as it is received before 10:00 AM on Friday, November 4. Members must present a photo ID. Ballots will only be accepted from the addressee on the ballot and may not be given to another person to drop off.

Attending the count in person

Members who wish to attend the count in person at 120 Broadway, Concourse Level, New York, NY 10271 should follow these guidelines:


  • In the event that any Local 1503 employees, representatives or observers plan to attend the count in-person, the employees, representatives or observers must adhere to all federal, state and local regulations and guidelines for the prevention of the transfer of COVID-19.


  • All Local 1503 employees, representatives or observers who plan to attend the count in person will be required to re quired to review the “COVID-19 Safety Guidelines to be followed by Visitors to the American Arbitration Association’s Offices for Election Purposes” (Safety Guidelines), which outline expected behaviors of visitors to AAA offices for election purposes. This document is also available at be available on site the day of the count.



  • If an expected employee, representative or observer who is not fully vaccinated is unable to wear a face covering for medical reasons, Local 1503 should contact the AAA in advance of the tabulation date to discuss possible accommodations.


  • All Local 1503 employees, representatives or observers who attend the count in person will adhere to the requirements imposed on visitors by the management of 120 Broadway and Local 1503 will provide AAA with the names of all expected visitors at least 24 hours in advance of the election. 

  • AAA reserves the right to require any Local 1503 or AAA employee, staff-person, representative or observer not complying with these expectations, or not complying with the precautions laid out in the Safety Guidelines to immediately leave the premises.
